Return policy for buyers:


What is the Return Policy?

We have a no return policy. All sales are final and no cancellations are permitted.

A return and refund request can be placed only if there is any undisclosed damage/defect in the product which was not disclosed by the buyer on the portal where the product was listed. Such a request is to be placed within 5 days from the receipt of the product.

Our team shall assist you in figuring out whether the product is returnable or not. You must send photos and videos proving your reason of return. Thereafter out team shall require 48 hours from receiving the product images or videos, to approve the return request.

The buyers must return the product in the same condition as it was received without washing or bringing any change in its status whatsoever. The refund shall be made within 7 working days after the return request has been approved. In case of approval of the return request, seller shall be informed about the same through emails and messages and it shall not be the responsibility of momporium to arrange for a pickup.

Claims in the following cases will not be accepted

  • Products which are listed as lightly used or roughly used products, as these are pre-loved products and you some wear and tear is expected, which may not be listed by the seller.
  • We do not refund if you are unable to assemble the product , however, you can take assistance from customer case, to assemble the same, virtually.

Arranging a return pickup:

It shall be the responsibility of the seller to arrange for a pickup once the return request is approved. Momporium shall make a refund to the aggrieved buyer, within seven working days from the day, return request is approved. Within this time, it shall be upon the seller, to arrange for a pickup.

Shipping policy for sellers and buyers


All logistics for delivery from seller to buyer shall be handled by our logistics partner, however, the cost of delivery is to be borne by the seller. Since the seller is master of the price of its products on our portal, its on the seller to bear the delivery charges or pass the same onto its customers.

Kindly sanitise, clean, and pack the product securely as per our packaging guidelines once a sale has been made.

We will send you a shipping label which will have to be stuck on the package following which after we receive confirmation that the product is ready for pick up, our logistics partner will contact you directly to coordinate the pickup time and address.

Ensure the shipping label is pasted on the package else the courier service reserves the right to refuse pick-up.

Any damage during transit shall not be the responsibility of Momporium.

Kindly note that if the product is not packed as per our guidelines, the same shall not be picked up.
